My car hasn't been working for a couple of days, so today my sister called me to ask if I had anywhere I needed to go today that would require the use of her car.

Which means at some point during the day, she thought of me and then also thought about what needs I might have and then thought of a way she could help and then called to offer the help.

I'm not writing this because it represents some unusual or isolated incident. In fact, this is just the sort of thing she has always done, because she has always been just the sort of person who would do it.
